  • Authentication data: TikTok user ID and OAuth tokens for our authorized team members who manage our channel.
  • Content metadata: Video file references or URLs, captions, hashtags, privacy settings, and scheduling preferences needed for posting.
  • Operational logs: Basic logs (timestamps, status codes, error messages) for reliability, security, and debugging.

2. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate our team via TikTok Login Kit and maintain secure sessions.
  • Upload and publish our own videos to our official TikTok channel using TikTok’s Content Posting API.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our internal publishing workflow.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with TikTok as necessary to perform posting actions, and with essential service providers (e.g., hosting) bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Retention

Authentication tokens and related records are kept only as long as needed to operate the integration or to comply with legal requirements. Revocation of access in TikTok will disable posting through our integration.

5. Security

We use HTTPS and encrypt sensitive credentials at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

6. Your Choices
